2018 lab holiday dinner

Anne Trinh, a postdoctoral fellow in the Polyak Lab, was awarded a fellowship by the Helen Gurley Brown Presidental Initiative at DFCI. As a Helen fellow, Anne's projects involve studying the contribution of the immune system in the transition from DCIS and IDC, as well as modeling the population dynamics of stress signaling in tumor cells. This work will further our understanding on how immunosuppression and tumor cellular heterogeneity can contribute to tumor progression.
